1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No shows will forfeit their deposit.
2. Refund Policy

Services: No refunds are offered once services are completed. If you are unhappy with your result, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer a complimentary adjustment where possible.

Products: Returns are only accepted on unused, unopened products within 7–14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. However, with at least 48 hours notice, deposits may be transferred to a future booking. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the salon’s discretion.

6. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Clients must inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities prior to services.

A patch test is recommended for colour or chemical treatments at least 48 hours before your appointment.

The salon will not be held responsible for reactions where health information has not been disclosed.
7. Liability Waiver

By booking a service, you acknowledge that certain treatments involve risks (e.g. chemical services, extensions).
